- Intra-district Transfer Transportation
Can students living outside District 196 boundaries access transportation?
Similar to intradistrict transfers, transportation for open-enrolled students is the responsibility of the family. However, state law requires school districts to allow open-enrolled students to access a bus stop within the district and within the school attendance area, if space is available. Families may do so using Procedure 707.7.2P.
