Transportation Changes FAQs

If your family no longer qualifies for transportation to Cedar Park, Echo Park, Glacier Hills, or Oak Ridge elementary schools, you may apply for priority intradistrict transfer transportation and access a bus stop within the school's attendance area or zone.

To get priority for a bus seat, all of following conditions must be met:

1. There is an existing bus route directly to or from the school of attendance;

2. The student must be picked up and dropped off at an existing bus stop within the school's attendance area or magnet zone;

3. No rerouting of buses will occur, and

4. Unassigned space must be available on the bus;

5. Complete the Magnet School Plan My Ride form in ParenSquare.

• Time Limit: This priority placement is only available for the 2026-27 school year.

• Action Required: You must complete the Magnet School Plan My Ride form in ParenSquare to be considered.
