Legal

The legal department provides a variety of legal services to the school district on a wide variety of matters including risk management, contracting, student and employee discipline, special education, personnel and labor relations, and data privacy. The department also oversees school district elections and drafts and updates district policies, regulations and procedures for the School Board.

The department cannot provide personal legal advice to students, employees or members of the public.
