The Human Resources department serves more than 4,000 District 196 employees, substitute teachers and individuals working on behalf of our students. The department works to support the mission of helping students reach their full potential by recruiting, hiring, retaining and promoting a world-class workforce. The department oversees the areas of talent management, benefits, pension, compensation and employee wellness.
