Intra-district Transfer Transportation Request Form

Families with an approved Intradistrict Transfer Form (Policy 502.4P) may request busing for their student.

Busing will be provided if all of the following conditions are present:

There is an existing bus route directly to or from the school of attendance
The student must be picked up and dropped off at an existing bus stop
No rerouting of buses is necessary, and
A seat on the bus is available

If any of the conditions above change, permission to ride a school bus may be revoked.
