How do I change my phone or email address in Campus Parent?
Parents/Guardians have the ability to update their email and/or phone numbers through Campus Parent.
Note - A Campus Parent account must be set up in order to make these changes.
To modify this information follow the steps below.
- Navigate to the District 196 website www.district196.org
- Hover your mouse over Community and then click on Infinite Campus.
- Scroll down to Family Access and click on Infinite Campus and then Infinite Campus LOGIN.
- Note - If you have not set up your Campus Parent (portal) account, you will need to contact your child’s school for more information.
- Click on Campus Parent and then log in with your Parent Username and Password. Click Log In.
- Once logged in, click on the 3 lines and then click on More.
- Click on Family Information to pull up the members of the Household.
- Find the Parent/Guardian in the list and click Update to change their email or phone number.
- Change any applicable information and then click on Update to save the information. A SUCCESS message will pop up saying that the contact information was successfully updated.
