How do I change my phone or email address in Campus Parent?

Parents/Guardians have the ability to update their email and/or phone numbers through Campus Parent. 

Note - A Campus Parent account must be set up in order to make these changes. 

 To modify this information follow the steps below. 

  • Navigate to the District 196 website www.District196.org
  • Hover your mouse over Community and then click on Infinite Campus.

  • Scroll down to Family Access and click on Infinite Campus and then Infinite Campus LOGIN
    • Note - If you have not set up your Campus Parent (portal) account, you will need to contact your child’s school for more information.

  • Click on Campus Parent and then log in with your Parent Username and Password. Click Log In

  • Once logged in, click on the 3 lines and then click on More

  • Click on Family Information to pull up the members of the Household.

  • Find the Parent/Guardian in the list and click Update to change their email or phone number.

  • Change any applicable information and then click on Update to save the information. A SUCCESS message will pop up saying that the contact information was successfully updated.

To Update or Add Emergency Contact information:

  • Click on Demographics to pull up Student Demographics and Non-Household Relationships (Emergency Contacts).

  • Find the Contact in the list and click Update to change their email or phone number or Remove.

  • Change any applicable information and then click on Update to save the information. A SUCCESS message will pop up saying that the contact information was successfully updated.

  • To remove Emergency Contact. Click Remove, then click remove of the following screen as well.
