Trace a Shadow Drawing!

You can do this activity outside, or inside near a window. Find things with interesting shapes to trace. Arrange them to create a scene. Trace the shadows onto paper, then you can color them in!

If it isn’t sunny, try using a lamp or a flashlight! Could you trace someone’s shadow in sidewalk chalk? (hint: they will have to stand still!)
