Native American Parent Advisory Committee

UPDATED NAPAC Bylaws as of may 2021

The District 196 Native American Parent Advisory Council voted to approve the SY2021 Bylaw Amendments at the May 2021 NAPAC meeting. NAPAC Bylaws are reviewed for edits every three years.

The Native American Parent Advisory Committee’s (NAPAC) purpose is to serve in an advisory capacity for planning and implementing programs and events that support District 196 American Indian students and their families. NAPAC membership consists of parents and/or guardians of identified American Indian students in District 196, secondary student representatives and district teacher representatives. All students representatives are required to have a 506 form on file.
