We offer hands-on learning experiences that will nourish a lifetime of teachable moments. Classes include parent-child interaction time, parent education and children’s activity time.

Empowering Generational Greatness (parents with children ages 3-prekindergarten) This new class, exclusive to eight sites in Minnesota, is designed to help young children develop executive function and self-regulation skills during the most vital stage of brain development. You will learn ways to relax bodies, quiet minds, embrace big feelings, interact with others and work toward successful learning.
