Series 302.3AR - Evaluation of Administrators

1. Purpose -- Evaluation of administrators should result in the improvement of services to meet the needs of students and staff. 

1.1 Each administrator will work with his or her supervisor within a supportive environment to identify areas for improvement and performance strengths.

1.2 The evaluation process shall encourage a collaborative atmosphere but, if necessary, the supervisor will set goals and direction for the administrator. 

1.3 Each administrator is expected to meet the criteria of his or her job description and performance goals. 

 2. Timing -- School and district-level administrators will be regularly evaluated by their supervisor.
