1.       Mission Statement:

1.1         Educating, developing, and inspiring our students for lifelong success.

2.       Vision:

2.1         Developing the whole student and honoring diverse needs and cultures;

2.2         Engaging students with opportunities in academics, arts and athletics, and

2.3         Living our mission and core values to prepare students, families and employees for lifelong success.

3.       Core Values:

3.1         Student-Centered – All decisions are centered on what is best for students.

3.2         Empathy – Seeking awareness and understanding of the perspectives and experiences of others.

3.3         Wellness – Support the emotional, social and physical well-being of the whole person.

3.4         Integrity – Act with respect, honesty and responsibility.

3.5         Achievement – Provide learning with high expectations, rigor and resiliency for all.

3.6         Collaboration – Learn and engage together for a shared purpose.

3.7         Community – Foster an environment of inclusivity, engagement and belonging.

3.8         Lifelong Learning – Inspire a love of learning for all ages.

4.       Strategic Priorities:

4.1         Wellbeing - Increasing capacities, skills, structures, and experiences in social-emotional well-being.

4.2         Achievement - Strengthening and aligning curriculum and instructional practices across all classrooms to improve student outcomes and staff efficacy.

4.3         Equity - Supporting equity as a core competency through practices, structures, beliefs, resources and staffing. 

4.4         Resources - Providing staffing, facilities, technology and equipment needed to support a safe, sustainable and dynamic learning environment for all students.
