May 9, 2023 Bond - Voting Information
Vote Early by Absentee
Beginning March 24, voters can cast their ballot ahead of Election Day through the absentee balloting process. Registered voters do not need a reason to vote by absentee ballot.
- Absentee ballots can be completed in person at one of three locations: the District Office in Rosemount, 3455 153rd St. W., and the Dakota County government centers in Apple Valley and Hastings beginning March 24. If voting absentee at one of these locations, the voter can submit their absentee ballot application and their voted ballot all in one stop, if desired. They can also take their ballot and submit the completed ballot by mail.
- To absentee vote by mail, voters may download an absentee ballot application form above and mail the completed application as directed in the application materials. Once an application is received and processed, an absentee ballot will be mailed to the voter along with instructions for completing and returning their ballot in the postage-paid envelope that is provided with the ballot.
