Westview nurtures a lifelong learning atmosphere for students and their families. The Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) is a strong and active force that supports students, classrooms, teachers, and families through fund raising activities, monthly newsletters, fine arts enrichment, and volunteers in classrooms. Meetings are held on the second Monday of most school months.

The Westview Site Council consists of the school principal, four staff members and four parents/citizens. The purpose of the site council is to gain input from the Westview school community and make recommendations that will assist in the decision-making process. Meetings are usually held the third Tuesday of every school month at 4 p.m.
