Option 2: Download forms from home and mail to school
Download the forms from the SchoolView Downloads section on this page.
Read and print the ‘Acceptable Use Policy Form’.
Complete the bottom portion of the ‘Acceptable Use Policy Form’.
Mail the completed form to the address shown on the form.
You will receive ‘Subscriber Instructions’ and a first time ‘Access Key’ in the mail.
Use the ‘Subscriber Instructions’ and ‘Access Key’ to begin using your account.

SchoolView Parent Portal
Valley Middle School is using ‘SchoolView’, a web-based system that allows you as a parent to become even more aware of your child’s progress at school.
SchoolView provides parents with the opportunity to go on-line and find information about their child’s schedule, attendance record, and academic performance.
How Could This Help Me?
We expect that SchoolView will provide timely information to use as you work with your child.
In addition, parents may use SchoolView to update their phone numbers and e-mail addresses in the district Student Information System.
