The Shannon Park Office staff maintains school records on all students, registers new students, and keeps attendance records and special education records up to date. The office staff also orders supplies for the building, prepares materials for teachers and staff, keeps forms up-to-date, routes district and U.S. mail, greets visitors, and answers phones to route calls, take messages or answer questions.
