Each month we will be focusing on a character trait that is part of our Shannon Park Expectations. The expectations for the month of January are Unity and Tolerance.

Welcome to Kindergarten

Kindergarten Registration will be held at Shannon Park Elementary on the following dates:

- Wednesday, February 8, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
- Thursday, February 9, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

A letter with information regarding Kindergarten registration will be mailed out to parents on Tuesday, January 31, 2017.

Book Fair LogoThe Shannon Park Book Fair will be February 8th from 4-8 p.m. and February 9th from 12-8 p.m. in the gym during Parent/Teacher conferences. Students will have a chance to visit the fair with their teachers before conferences to preview all the exciting new books. In addition to purchasing great new books for home, the Book Fair at Shannon Park has a long tradition of providing new books and materials for classroom libraries and the school library. Please be sure to stop by before or after conferences to see what all the excitement is about!

If you can't make the book fair in person you can still support our school library by shopping our online book fair at from Thursday, February 2nd- Wednesday, February 15th.
