Red Pine is a "Safe Routes To School" Site

Safe Routes Map	Safety Measures for Walking or Biking to School

Last year, Red Pine Elementary School, in coordination with the City of Eagan, successfully wrote a Safe Routes To School grant. The intent of Safe Routes To School is to get more families involved ain safe biking and walking within their school neighborhoods. Red Pine will be facilitating many programs related to Safe Routes To School including:

*Walking School Buses
*Safe Drop Off Zones
*A Bike For Every Student
*The 3 City Walk
*ACES (All Children Exercise Simultaneously)
*Recess Walking and Running Incentives
*QUEST Classes
*Afterschool Classes
*A Safe Routes To School Weblink (Fall 08)
