This is an international team-based problem-solving program for grades 1 through 5.  Teams of students work together for several months to develop a unique solution to one of five DI challenges.  Along the way, they build:
            *Creativity
            *Problem-Solving Skills
            *Teamwork
            *Improvisational Skills
            *Presentation and Dramatics Skills
The informational meeting is on September 23rd at 7PM in the media center at Red Pine.  Teams of 7 are created,  with each team having a parent manager.  The teams meet from October through March, and then compete in the Regional Competition on March 14th, 2009, and, if necessary, the State Competition on April 18, 2009.  Teams typically meet either before or after school, as the team members and the team manager are available.
