Congratulations to French teachers Madames LaRae Ellingson and Cristina Sturm who both presented workshops at the MCTLC (MN Council on the Teaching of Languages and Cultures) conference on Oct 16. Mrs. Ellingson and Mrs. Sturm received the STAR Award for 2009 (two of the nine Minnesota teachers to receive this award) which recognizes "exceeding expectations both within and beyond the classroom in the areas of Study, Travel, Achievement, and Recognition."
