Morgan Swalve First Place in VFW Voice of Democracy Contest

RHS student Morgan Swalve was selected for first place in the VFW Post 9433 Voice of Democracy contest. Morgan will be awarded a plaque and a $200 cash prize by VFW Post 9433 Vice Commander.

Congratulations Morgan on this accomplishment!
