Treasurer's Report: The goal is to have a game plan on where the budget will end up at the end of the year. Sally Foster and Gold C sales are down slightly which could be reflective of a reduction in enrollment (613 vs. 636 last year). We have purchased some software to go toward the technology department. Motion to approve. Seconded. Approved.

President's Report: Fundraisers: One of the efforts last year was to look at reducing the number of fundraisers in order to cut back on the number of volunteers. We will be developing a fundraising task force to reevaluate the number of events we are doing.
Spring Fling: Kay Larson has offered to co-chair this event. She is looking for someone to assist in this effort. A date will be determined before the next PTO meeting.
Campbell Soup Labels and Boxtops will be done be Kamela Stomwall.

Principal's Report: Thank you to Jenny Dugan, Kristi Anderson, and Jodi Kelly for coordinating this years' conference dinners. Discussion is continuing to happen regarding the plans for the school remodel and expansion.

An aside comment was made regarding the affect of Climb Theatre and the behavior modification programs they are doing. Several positive comments have come from staff and students regarding the material. There will be another community night planned to help familiarize families with this program.

Sally Foster: We need volunteers for Monday, November 22, for 9-12 and 3 -5 in the gym to assist with sorting and distribution of the orders.

Volunteer-O-Rama: There will be door prizes and food served on Thursday, January 6th. The goal is to get help for the Spring Fling and for the Literacy Connection. A teacher and a student will be video-taped completing the process of reading and assistance.
