| About Us Parkview Elementary is a Kindergarten through grade five school that was built in 1970. During the 2005-2006 school year we added classroom space, renovated the media center, and created a new technology lab.  Our new sign was donated by Parkview families in 2009. Parkview serves the southern-most residents of District 196. We are located just east of Cedar Avenue and south of 160th Street at the corner of Foliage Avenue and Gerdine Path in Lakeville, MN.
