K-Plus students receive two 25 minute classes every 4 cycle days.
Students in grades 1 & 2 attend three 25 minute classes over the course of 4 cycle days. Students in grades 3-5 attend one 50 minute class every 4 days and one 25
minute class per 7 cycle days.
All classes are instructed by our specialists, Ms. Delperdang and Ms. Salter.
Every student has the opportunity to develop skills at his or her own pace as well as understand the "hows" and "whys" for each. All lessons are success oriented in a safe, active environment for all levels of fitness and skill.
