Our poster/memory book making will be tonight 7:00-9:00 in the Eastview Commons. We would like each parent to
complete their daughter's poster or memory page. If you cannot attend
please keep Tuesday, October 30, or Thursday, November 11, open as we will have
additional sessions those nights

ATHLETIC ANNOUNCEMENTS
There will be a meeting of the Boys Cross Country team today;
immediately after school in Room B327. We will vote for banquet awards
and turn in any remaining uniforms for runners whose season is done.
Lightning Dance Team dedicated fan
t-shirts are on sale this week. If interested, please find a team member or
pick up an order form outside the Dance Studio. Orders are due this Friday!
Presale football tickets for the
section playoff game tonight at 7:00 pm will be available in the Main Office
until 3:00. Cost is $6 for adults and $4
for students and senior citizens.
District &
Reminder: to all Freshman Football
players to turn in their equipment immediately after school today from 2:30 to 3:15.
There will be a Pizza Party in the East Commons from 3:15- 4:15 for all Freshman
Football players that return their equipment. If you can’t make it
see Coach Griffith.
Girls
Hockey tryout meeting will be held tomorrow at 4:30 pm in the East Commons. Information
regarding tryout dates and procedures will be available as well as information
for the Duluth Scrimmage trip.
The Boys Soccer Banquet for all
teams (9a/10a/JV/Varsity) is scheduled for Sunday, November 11 at 1:00 pm.

The 1st session of LINC 301 is scheduled for next Monday evening,

What a busy week for SADD! There will be a general meeting of all SADD members on
Wednesday morning at 7:00 in Room A101. Be sure to be there to learn
about Red Ribbon Week activities. In addition, our Youth Teaching Youth
coordinator will be holding training after school tomorrow, in A101. If
you are thinking about taking advantage of this fun opportunity to share
Steppers interested in performing during the school
day, Tuesday, October 30—we will practice tomorrow and Thursday, October 25 at 2:45
in the 3C

people interested in our 5 R’s reduce, recycle, reuse, rethink and refuse
campaign need to attend our meeting this Thursday at 2:30 in C337. We
need to finalize plans for the next event and pick up permission slips for a
November 1 after school field trip to the Eagan Recycling center.

Reminder to all Eastview students interested in
joining the Ski and Snowboard Club should make sure that
you sign up with Mr G and purchase your bus pass for
the 2007-2008 season. Also, there is room for 2 more students on the

sports, Prom, Graduation, and more. You can pick up your copy in the Commons any day this week during lunch.
