Orga= nized? Like to plan? The Senior Party Fundraising committee is looking for a few individuals to assist the chair, Rebecca Peterson, with planning = and organizing several events to raise money for the senior party. This i= s a critical role and provides much needed funds that enable us to put on a gre= at party for our seniors after their graduation. Funds are really tight = this year so it’s even more critical that the fundraising committee get of= f to a good start. Rebecca’s got lots of good ideas-she’s looking for someone to partner with her to help implement. (new= ) Congratulations! The Girls Swimmi= ng and Diving team fought to the end and claimed victory against Apple Valley with 98 to 86 in the last meet on Friday, October 30. The amaz= ing Relay Team of Breanna Schlegel, Kristen Podratz, Kayla Hutsell, Hayley Trace won 200 Medley Relay. In individual, our first place winners are Leah Anderson in 200 Free, Kayla Hutsell in 200 IM and 100 Backstroke, Anna Drah= os in 500 Free and 100 Breaststroke, Breanna Schlegel in 100 Butterfly, and Er= ica Anders in Diving. Our Lighting Champion Team ended strongly with 7 to= 2 for the season. Please wish the team well as they push their limits to prep= are for the Section Preliminaries on November 11. Bryan Larson & Anthony Stagner won the varsity division at the Henry Sib= ley tournament by going 7-0 and defeating Lakeville South in finals. Sarah Malaske and Jason Vanderlinden are a perfect 9-0 in competition on this topic. The novice team of Alex Sarno & JP Reynolds won first plac= e at Henry Sibley. Steven Carver & Alex Leehan won 2^nd plac= e in the novice division.
