Each year the Eastview Senior Parents organize a party,
giving our children a final chance to safely gather together and celebrate
their years at Eastview. Although each year is unique, there is a good
inventory of past themes, decorations, games and contributors to help support
the following year’s volunteers. Unfortunately, next years Senior Party is still in need of a Chair or Co-Chair(s) to provide leadership to this event.
The Class of 2009 needs someone to step forward so we can continue this

EVHS Introduces B.O.L.T.S. 2008…Building Our Learning Throughout Summer!
We are building on our traditional summer programs by
offering a series of elective-credit academic camps focusing on enrichment and
skill development. Check out our BOLTS
2008 Registration Guide, with course descriptions (13 courses
available, from each of the four core content areas as well as several elective
areas), session scheduling (four different sessions running from June
23 – July 24), and registration information (register online!).

Fall of 2008, you are encouraged to apply for the Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity
scholarship. Students do not have to join the fraternity. Applications
are available in the Guidance Office and the deadline is June 13.

Would you like to enrich your children’s lives? Help them make an international friend? Give them a summer to remember? Earn a discount on the next French trip? Host a French student this summer! There are still some students who need host families. You provide room and board, include them in your regular summer activities and get an incredible experience for your family and maybe make a life-long friend. If you cannot host, perhaps you have a friend or neighbor who might be interested in hosting, so please pass this along to them. Graduating Seniors who are playing college athletics next year have the opportunity to lift and condition at Eastview throughout the summer months for the Alumni cost of $50. Register online or with the flier that will be mailed home soon.
The Eastview Strength T-Shirt order deadline has been extended! We will
take T-Shirt order forms until next Friday, June 6. The shirt is dark
grey with “Eastview Strength” on the front & “What are you willing to do
today” on the back. Fathers day is

The banquet for the EVHS Boy's Lacrosse teams will be held on

Opening Lifting & Super Group registration is open for any athletes & students who want to maintain or build up their strength through the summer months. Fliers will be mailed home & registration is also available online.
Last night the volleyball tournament was very competitive with Simply Dominant
as the tournament champions over Team Gonna Beat Varsity. Tied for
3rd was E=mc2 & Two & a half
Men. And rounding up 5th place was Team Menards.
Thank you to everyone who competed last night! It was a fun tournament
and the volleyball program is already planning another tournament for next Fall, so dust off those knee pads over the summer and
practice.
