Hello - My name is Ginger Ryan O'Neill (Virginia). I have been teaching in the district since 1980. I have been at Eastview High School since the inagural year in 1997-1998 school year. I live in the district with my husband, and I have two grown children who attended District 196 schools. My educational resume includes a B.S. from the University of Wisconsin - River Falls and a Masters Degree from the University of Minnesota. Additionally, I have updated my teaching and social studies skills with more than sixty additional graduate level credits.
