This is my eighth year of teaching and my third at Eastview High School . I teach Individual Fitness 9 and 10-12, Strength and Conditioning 9, and Training for Sports.

Make-up options – see Mr. Egan if you have questions before the DUE DATE
Students have two weeks from the date of their absence to complete a make-up.
After two weeks there will be no credit given for the absent day.

•  Article Review: Click on this Article Review Link or see Mr. Egan for an Article Review Make-Up Sheet. This option can only be done a maximum of 2 times.

•  Weight Room: Go to the weight room after school and get the weight room make-up from the supervisor. Follow the workout and upon completion, have the weight room supervisor sign the sheet. If the supervisor does not sign the sheet, the make-up will not count. Also, if you are in an athletic season and use the weight room, have your coach sign off saying you used the weight room (you do not have to use the physical education make-up sheet). This option can be used an unlimited amount of times.

•  Heart Rate Monitor: Check out a heart rate monitor after school and exercise following the directions given to you. Complete the Heart Rate Make-Up worksheet, which needs to be turned in before your due date to receive credit for your make-up. The heart rate monitor should be checked out at the end of the school day and MUST be returned by the 7:20 of the following school day. If the heart rate monitor is not returned on time, that specific make-up will not be counted. This option can be used an unlimited amount of times. •  Attend a Varsity Match ( PE Power Volleyball Only ) : If you attend a match and I am not there, get the game program and sign it, then find Mrs. Olson or Mrs. Egan ( after the match) and have them sign it, then hand in the program during class. This option can be used an unlimited amount of times.
