Ms. Kelli Donais

"Knowledge of what is possible is the beginning of happiness."
- George Santayana

As unbelievable as it is to me, this is my sixteenth year of teaching and my twelfth year at Eastview High School. This year I will be teaching three different courses. Three sections of English /Speech 10 which are teamed up with Ms. O'Neil's U.S. History classes. English/ Speech 10 focuses on improving writing, reading and speaking skills. Additionally, I will be teaching two classes of public speaking. This course gives students many opportunities to refine their communication skills in the areas of public speaking, audience analysis and adaptation, and listening. I also will be teaching one section of a junior course called Literature of the Americas / Composition. This course exposes students to a wide variety of literature, non-fiction, poetry, and enhances their writing skills through various compositions. Finally, I will be teaching two classes of a new elective course called modern fiction/nonfiction. Besides teaching, I am thrilled to once again be an assistant speech coach here at EVHS.

For fun in my free time I love to spend time with my family. I have a daughter and a son. We enjoy camping, swimming, reading books, and playing with outside.
