I am very excited to begin my 10th year of teaching and my 5th year at EAstview! During the 2008-2009 school year, I will be teaching Wellness 1 and Wellness 3.
My goal is for us to work together to ensure your success. I hope to challenge you to not only look at your personal level of health, but to analyze and know how to increase your level of health for the years to come. So much of what you learn in this class can be used in your life - - ultimately helping you to reach your optimum level of health!
