Welcome!  This is my first full year assignment as an English teacher.  However, I have been subbing at Eastview for the past 3 years including 4 long term sub jobs.  With all of the schools that I have been to and taught at, Eastview is the school where I have always felt most at home.  I am grateful for the opportunity to be here and work with these amazing students.
I originally grew up in Bloomington, MN and attended to Jefferson High School.  After high school I went on the receive a degree in English at the University of Minnesota Twin Cities Campus, and am currently in pursuit of my masters in English Education at the University of Minnesota.
This year I will be teaching 3 sections of Literature of the America’s/Composition and 2 sections of English 10/speech.  Both of my sections have a Moodle page set up which will include most of the assignments and handouts as well as class forum for group discussions.  Click on the below link to access the Moddle website.
