In
1998 "Now
and Forever" became the cornerstone slogan for the first ever Lightning
varsity softball team. In 1999 "We are One" was added as the varsity
program watched its first seniors take their FINAL TRIP HOME before becoming
the programs first graduates.
Since that time many more seniors have circled the bases and moved on from
Eastview High School. These graduates will forever be remembered for their
dedication, commitment, and
love for the game of fastpitch softball. Their legacy is a program that continues
to have high expectations on the softball field and in the classroom.
