Students:
Your participation in high school activities is dependent on your eligibility. PROTECT that eligibility by reviewing with your parent(s) the summary of Minnesota State High School League rules which govern your participation.

Parents:

REVIEW the following rules with your son or daughter. Your role in stressing the value of following these rules cannot be over-estimated. Instructions:

  1. Physical exam required every three years - Athletic Physical Form.
    (Physical expiration dates can be checked through the Parent Portal)
  2. Proper participation fee is included.
  3. Complete entire Athletic Registration Form. (Please note this form has been updated and parent and student signatures are required in several places.)

Sports Physical Clinics

10:00 A.M. - 2:00 P.M., MONDAY - FRIDAY

FALL ATHLETIC REGISTRATION KICK-OFF - AUGUST 4, 5-8 P.M.

FALL ATHLETIC REGISTRATION BEGINS AUGUST 9.

WINTER REGISTRATION BEGINS OCTOBER 25.

SPRING REGISTRATION BEGINS MARCH 7.

ATHLETIC FEES: The following schedule of fees will apply for the 2010-2011 athletic year.

* Practices for these sports may be held off campus. Students may be responsible for their own transportation to practices. Refunds will only be given until 1st game is played.

  1. A cap of $350 will be set per individual student. (Intramural fees do not apply to cap)
  2. Fees will be waived for students qualifying for free and reduced meals and foreign exchange students.
  3. After the first week, refunds will be given using athletic director’s discretion. (Injury, relocation of family, etc.)

FORMS: (A completed Athletic Registration Form,and a current physical (less than three years) on file are needed for athletic registration.)
