The district's Enhanced Learning Program combines critical and creative-thinking skills with regular classroom activities for gifted and talented students. In addition, teachers are trained to modify curriculum to meet the needs of these students. For high school students there are accelerated and advanced placement courses and mentorship opportunities.

The district also provides enrichment activities in regular education classes, early entrance into kindergarten and grade acceleration in grades K-8.
