The Diamond Path Library offers some very helpful resources for students at Diamond Path.

  1. The library maintains its own list of links to sites relevant to Fifth Graders and our Fifth Grade curriculum. Visit the Library now: DP Library: Fifth Grade Links

  2. The library catalog home page also offers access to online databases such as Grolier's Online Encyclopedias, newspapers and magazines articles, and much, much more. Home access to these databases is made possible through MINITEX (a program funded by the Minnesota Legislature through the Minnesota Office of Higher Education) and District 196's paid library subscriptions. Accesss to these databases requires a user name and password. In September of every year, our media specialist sends a brochure home in every student's Friday Folder. As well as describing each database and how it's used, this brochure will give you the access name and password for each.
