GRADE THREE - Expectations
Third graders are expected to learn responsibility for their behavior and their personal belongings.
We have planners where students record daily homework assignments. This planner should be taken home daily and initialed by a parent.
Every Friday, students take home their Friday folders which includes the classroom weekly update and important school information. This is our weekly communication tool for informing families.

Third graders will have homework responsibilities. Students should spend time each week reviewing Word Study words, practicing math facts, and reading 15-20 minutes daily. Parents are encouraged to support homework efforts by providing a consistent atmosphere for completing work.
