    Our program includes:

    • Screening
All children who live in the Rosemount, Apple Valley, Eagan Public School district need to participate in an early childhood screening process before entering kindergarten.  Typically screening is completed before a child’s fourth birthday.

    • Evaluations

    • Early Intervention
Early intervention services are provided for children ages birth through two who meet eligibility criteria.  The services focus on working with families in their homes.  Children in the program are either at risk for developmental delays, or have a delay or disability  in one or more areas of development.

    •  Early Childhood Special Education
Three, four and five-year-old children with disabilities or developmental delays are served in a variety of settings.
