Most of the primary staff took intensive training in Add-Vantage math this past year. In this program teachers learn how to administer student diagnostic interviews to understand what children know about numbers and arithmetic strategies. Teachers use this knowledge to better direct their instruction. Other staff members will be taking this training as classes are available.
