In addition to the fees listed here, charges may be assessed: for additional staff costs for custodians, supervision, lifeguards, food and nutrition service employees, and/or theater technicians and truck services. for air conditioning, which is required in theaters/ auditoriums when the outdoor temperature exceeds 70 degrees Fahrenheit.

Groups that hold activities that benefit mostly School District 196 residents (such as townhouse associations, local clubs, etc.)

For-profit organizations and/or private groups which provide educational, civic, recreational or charitable activities and do not charge admission
Religious organizations
Colleges and universities
Group activities that benefit mostly non-District 196 residents
