Join the REVolution for Competitive Swimming!

Our goal is to equip swimmers at all levels with the skills and conditioning needed for competitive swimming.

Practices are scheduled five times per week at Dakota Hills Middle School (DHMS) and Valley Middle School (VMS) during the school year and at one of the District 196 pools during the summer.

Meets are scheduled during practice time. Swimmers are encouraged to attend at least three times per week and swim in inter-squad meets. Parents and siblings are invited to get involved as volunteers for swim meets.
