Swim Lessons for All Ages and Abilities
The American Red Cross Learn to Swim Program is nationally recognized for its high-quality curriculum and comprehensive staff training. Lessons are available for children ages six months and older, teens and adults. Lessons are also available in formats for youth with special needs and in a women-only format.

Community Education can help you reach your fitness goals. Whether seeking to maintain or improve your general health and fitness, recuperating from an injury or illness, or training to be at the peak of your ability, Community Education has a program for you to enjoy.

American Red Cross Training For Safety
American Red Cross programs offer training in First Aid, CPR and AED for both Lay Responders and Professional Responders as well as training for Lifeguards, Water Safety Instructors and Water Safety Aides.
