Community Education offers swimming activities for all ages, interests and abilities.
Safety is our first priority and lifeguards are on duty for all Community Education aquatic activities.

Although learning to swim is not a guarantee of safety around the water statisitcs show that learning to swim reduces the risk of drowning by 87%.
The Community Education Aquatics Program participated in the World's Largest Swim Lesson on June 20, 2014 to help set a new Guinness World Record. The total of 35,700 participants in 475 locations set a new record.

Swim Lessons for All Ages and Abilities
Community Swim Lessons are offered for children ages six months and older, teens and adults. Lessons are also available in formats for youth with special needs and in a women-only format.

American Red Cross Training For Safety
American Red Cross programs offer training in First Aid, CPR and AED for both Lay Responders and Professional Responders as well as training for Lifeguards, Water Safety Instructors and Water Safety Aides.
