Adult Fitness 1

Whatever your goals, whether seeking to maintain or improve your general health and fitness, recuperating from an injury or illness, or training to be at the peak of your ability, Community Education has a program for you to enjoy. Adult fitness opportunities are open to middle school-aged students and older when accompanied by an adult.

Drop-in fees: $7 or one swim pass. Ten passes for $50. Expired passes that were purchased at the previous price of $45 may be used with an additional payment of $ .50 with each pass. Swim passes are valid for adult fitness programs only. Passes are available at the pool during hours of operation or at the Aquatics Office located at Falcon Ridge Middle School. Pay by cash, check or credit.

Water Exercise

Adults of all ages and fitness levels love Water Exercise! Our instructor will lead you in an organized workout to music that develops both cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength. No pre-registration is required. Drop in at your convenience. Classes are also open to middle school-aged students and older when accompanied by an adult (Schedule).

Deep Water Exercise

Enjoy exercising in deep water, supported by exercise flotation belts, to minimize strain on joints! Our instructor will lead you in an organized workout to music that develops both cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength. Register or drop in at your convenience (Schedule).

Adult Swim Training for Fitness and Triathlon Swimming

Training for triathlons or just wanting to improve your swimming strokes? Get individualized coaching to improve stroke efficiency and develop endurance. Swimmers must be comfortable with front crawl, back crawl and breaststroke (Register and Schedule).

Adult Lap Swim

Swim laps at your own pace to keep in shape all season long. Register or drop-in at your convenience (Register and Schedule).
