- athletic associations
- community nonprofit groups

The middle schools are considered the district's community centers

are available for a variety of activities during non-school
hours, as guided by School Board policies.
Both indoor and outdoor facilities are available including:
- small meeting rooms
- large meeting/lecture rooms
- cafeterias
- pools
- kitchens
- auditoriums and theaters (limited availability)
- gymnasiums (limited availability)
- athletic fields and stadiums
- parking lots (limited availability)
Facilities are available during non-school hours. General hours
of operation during the school year are Monday-Friday 6-10 p.m.
and Saturday 8 a.m.-4 p.m. Additional days and times may be
available upon request.
To ensure excellent customer service and building security,
Community Education provides on-site supervision for all community
groups. Certified lifeguards are provided for all pool rentals.
Community Education also coordinates requests for school equipment
related to the activity (on-site use only); schedules custodians
or other special staff as required; and assists in coordinating
large events that need significant space.
Submit your request for facilities at least three weeks prior
to the date needed. Events involving 200 persons or more should
be submitted at least six weeks early.
