Strategic Reading Update and Expectations

Dear Strategic Reading Parents/Guardians,

First of all, I want you to know how much I have enjoyed having your child in this first year of our Strategic Reading class. It has been challenging and rewarding to find ways to engage your child in the reading process. I will be in contact with you the last part of May to provide you with an update of your child's growth this year and to further discuss the plan for next year. I will answer any questions you might have about what to expect.

Secondly, I need to inform you that due to a District 196 event on April 17, I will not be available during conferences. However, any of the House 2T teachers will be more than happy to talk with you about any questions or concerns you might have. I am also willing to set up a time to meet with you on a different day before or after school.
