About BHMS Computer Technology:

Information Technology 6, or InfoTech 6, is a 1 trimester rotation course for Grade 6 students.

InfoTech 6 introduces and practices keyboarding skills, computer-related terminology, web searching skills, copyright basics, and giving a professional presentation using PowerPoint as a visual aid.

Computer Technology 7 will introduce students to new applications to increase productivity and creativity. Students will continue to develop their keyboarding skills, create their own multimedia slideshows, and learn about the latest digital photography and digital video techniques and applications while collaborating with classmates on video production.

Computer Technology 8 is an elective for Grade 8 students. This course provides more advanced practice with various computer technology skills and software applications including keyboarding skill development, Microsoft Office applications, and web page development.
