When calling or emailing your students absence please include the following information:

• Student's Name (please spell the student's FIRST & LAST name when calling)
• Grade
• Reason for Absence
• Name of person reporting the absence
• Phone number where you can be reached on the absence date

Absences and Tardies:

If your child is leaving early from school for any reason please send a note with your child stating the reason for leaving early. The student should stop in the main office with the note and s/he will receive a pass to leave class early. This will help us to have the child here in the office waiting for you to arrive and sign him/her out.

If your child has a Physical Education note for the nurse s/he should stop in the Nurse's office after attendance so that she can write a PE pass for the student.

If your child is absent or late please call 651-683-8521 to report the absence. When the child returns to school please send a note with him/her stating the reason for the absence. Students should stop in the main office with the note to receive a pass to return to class.

If your child is going to be gone for several days (family vacations, etc.) please send a note with them stating the reason and the dates they will be gone. They should stop by the main office with the note and they will receive a pass to show their teacher noting the absence. This will allow them to get homework assignments in advance.
