Superintendent's Office

The superintendent of schools, John D. Currie, is the chief administrative officer of the district, appointed by and directly responsible to the School Board. The superintendent serves as an ex-officio member of the board, facilitates the work of the board and is responsible to the board for providing direction and leadership to the school district.

The Superintendent's Office supports the work of the superintendent and is also responsible for the development and administration of district policies, regulations and procedures; conducting school district elections, and facilitating School Board meetings and other activities.
